Structured recovery housing run by people in recovery. A bed, house rules that hold, and a house manager who has walked the same road.

Hands-on training for the jobs that exist today, and help getting hired when it's done. Not a lecture. A paycheck.

Peer support, meetings, and help with the everyday things that trip people up: IDs, phones, benefits, court dates.

Getting clean is one thing. Staying clean is a place to live and a reason to get up in the morning.
Most people who go back out don't go back out in the first week. They go back out when they have nowhere steady to live, no work, and nobody to call. Hard Won is built for that stretch: the months after treatment when a person needs someone to give them a chance.
A safe home and the ability to support yourself are not extras. They are where self-respect comes from. That is what we help people build.
